Join us for our strength and conditioning camp designed specifically for women.
STRONGER – Each class begins with strength training. Participants will be provided complete and thorough instruction on fundamental exercises that increase strength, balance, and mobility.
FASTER- After strength work, participants will be challenged with high intensity conditioning designed to increase speed, stamina, and cardiorespiratory endurance. No two conditioning workouts are the same. Workouts are tailored for women and are created to GET RESULTS.
LEANER – Since body composition is mostly dependent on quality and content of fuel consumed, participants will be consulted individually about optimizing macronutrients and calories to achieve training and/or body composition goals.
