USAW National Coach Martin Brock offers remote, one on one, and group training in a positive and encouraging environment. All levels from beginner to elite youth (10+ years ) and adult weightlifters are welcome.

Group Training:

Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM

Saturdays 10:00 AM
