Course Instruction Includes:
Traditional Barbell Lifts - Squat, Press, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Power Clean
Explosive Speed and Agility Work
High Intensity Conditioning
Bodyweight/Gymnastic Movements - Pull-ups/Chin-ups, Handstand Holds, Basic Ring Work, Rope Climbing
Sports Nutrition, Recovery, and Injury Prevention
Participants must be 12 years old or older. Participants are expected to arrive on time and be dressed in appropriate workout attire.
Participants under the age of 18 years of age must have waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
