Instead going to lunch with the same old crowd, join us for a lunchtime training session under the barbell with a new mid-day class we affectionately refer to as Black Iron Lunch. Black Iron Lunch is a concentrated strength program that focuses on the five fundamental barbell exercises that are most effective for developing strength, flexibility, and balance: Squat, Overhead Press, Bench Press, Deadlift, and Power Clean.
Since lunch hours vary, Black Iron Lunch is conducted as open two-hour strength session from 11am-1pm. Tuesday’s instruction covers the Squat, Overhead Press, and Deadlift. Thursday’s instruction covers Squat, Bench Press, and Power Clean. Each class is directed by a certified Starting Strength Coach. Come in, change, and we'll have your lifting platform and training program ready. Whether you have time for one lift, or time for all three, we will keep your training on point and on time. Trainees can purchase a full month (eight sessions) for $150 or drop-in at your convenience for $25/session.
