BARBELLS & BOXING
Next class begins June 8th
Our strength and conditioning camp designed specifically to make women stronger, faster, and leaner.
STRONGER – Each class begins with strength training. Participants will be provided complete and thorough instruction on fundamental barbell exercises that increase strength, balance, and mobility.
FASTER- After strength work, participants will be challenged with high intensity conditioning designed to increase speed, stamina, and cardiorespiratory endurance. No two conditioning workouts are the same. Conditioning efforts will consist of boxing, kickboxing and other conditioning elements.
LEANER – Since body composition is mostly dependent on quality and content of fuel consumed, participants will be consulted individually about optimizing macronutrients and calories to achieve training and/or body composition goals.
Class Times: Tuesdays, Thursdays 8:30am – 9:45am
Dates: June 8 - July 29, 2021
Cost: $90/month
