A certified Starting Strength Coach will introduce you to the foundational exercises of the Starting Strength Novice Linear Progression as detailed in the text Starting Strength Basic Barbell Training. You will receive thorough instruction on the squat, press, bench press, deadlift, and be provided with starting weights for your program.
